And I was worried? Only one tear. No hysterics. I am not weak. This will not affect our future relations. Twenty minutes, Calm back to stable, Only a 6. And I was worried? (Written Novmeber 28, 2002) posted by Cassandra 11:32 PM . . .
Wind The wind is singing pretty songs to the world tonight. Whistling through bars, Doors, Windows, Lives. Another day I wish, A bird, Take advantage, Play in the air currents. As it is Settle for letting my hair blow free Feeling. (Written November 25, 2002) posted by Cassandra 11:29 PM . . .
I Was Crazy Once Yeah? We're all crazy. It's fun. But we never get much done, Other than have fun. Fun is good. Must go be teacher. (Written November 26, 2002) posted by Cassandra 11:25 PM . . .
Finish What You Start Hysterics here, Hysterics there, Sobbing tears everywhere. Just too much. Me? I'm fine. It's just the rest of world that's screwed up. No. Not what I think. Stressed. My own fault. No more complaints. I put myself here, Deal with it. Don't do it again. Hate this. A lot. Try not to cry too loud, Don't want to worry anyone. Survive? I always do. Pissed at me for doing it to me again. Nicer to myself. Want to go home. Want to escape from my responsibilities. No way out. So Here I Am and Here I'll Stay. I'm done. With me, With that, With all of it. (Written October 22, 2002) posted by Cassandra 11:25 PM . . .
Highway Hypnosis Yeah, I remember playing poker with Junior Mints on one of our many road trips. I remember the stops at St. Regis, just across the Montana border, the one stop in our 5 hour drive. Yeah, I remember getting up real early in the morning to go to a meeting that started at 1. I remember the way the street lights were flashing as the sun came up, we hit the road. Yeah, I remember the bumbs, the brambles, the trees, the hills. I remember the names of the rest stops, John Hill, Sagebrush. Yeah, I remember that time, speeding down the highway, praying the next rest stop wasn't too far ahead. I remember the streetlights flickering by as we drove from tiny hamlet to tiny hamlet in the middle of the night. Yeah, I remember those curves in the passes, the snow, the plows, the prayers that the road wouldn't be closed before we got home. I remember the fog, the rain, the snow, the sleet, the sun, the wind. Yeah, I remember that conversation, it made me see my own potential. I remember the caravans, the laughter, the jokes, the speed. Yeah, I remember all that. Where did it go? (Written November 16, 2002) posted by Cassandra 11:07 PM . . .
Water The sun disappeared when I wasn't looking, It's last rays slipped through my fingers like water. Darkness descended so quickly. Time, too, is like water. The more desperately you grasp at it, The faster it flys away. (Written October 30, 2002) posted by Cassandra 11:03 PM . . .
Together Where do I end and you begin? Who knew that when I blinked, You would understand? I waved, You saw my heart. A thousand miles A few inches Separation Still so close. A thought shared, Over the oceans. Connected, Though distant Though close. Friendship? No. Blended Together. (Written November 22, 2002) posted by Cassandra 11:02 PM . . .
